The Service may include alerts, dashboards, classifications, incident summaries, integrations, trials, subscriptions, and related business monitoring features.
4Independent Service; No Affiliation
StatusFlow is an independent service.
StatusFlow is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, authorised by, or officially connected with any third-party courier, carrier, payment provider, bank, merchant, platform, technology provider, or other external service referenced on the Service.
Any third-party names, service names, company names, product names, or trademarks appearing on the Service are used for identification and reference purposes only and remain the property of their respective owners.
Their appearance on the Service does not imply any affiliation, endorsement, sponsorship, approval, partnership, or official relationship.
5Third-Party Services and Signals
The Service may display, process, analyse, or generate alerts based on data, public information, user reports, automated checks, third-party status pages, external platforms, integrations, or other third-party sources ("Third-Party Signals").
StatusFlow does not own, operate, maintain, or control any third-party service referenced through the Service.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, availability, consistency, or reliability of any Third-Party Signals or any information relating to any third-party service.
6Informational and Operational Support Only
The Service is provided for informational and operational support purposes only.
Any status indicators, alerts, warnings, classifications, incident labels, summaries, trend indicators, or other outputs generated or displayed by StatusFlow reflect StatusFlow's independent assessment based on available signals and information.
They do not constitute official statements by any third party and should not be treated as authoritative confirmation of any outage, disruption, degradation, recovery, incident, or service condition.
You are solely responsible for independently verifying any critical issue directly with the relevant third-party provider before making material business, customer-facing, financial, legal, operational, or technical decisions.
7No Guarantee of Accuracy, Detection, or Availability
StatusFlow does not warrant or represent that:
- —every incident, outage, degradation, disruption, or issue will be detected;
- —every alert or status indicator will be accurate;

- —the Service will operate in real time or near real time at all times;
- —the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or continuously available; or

Signals and outputs may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, duplicated, inconsistent, misclassified, or inaccurate.
8No Reliance as Sole Source
You acknowledge and agree that the Service must not be used as your sole or definitive source for monitoring third-party services, incident handling, or operational decision-making.
